$1B Service Revenue

Started as a Project Manager, promoted to grow the business Program Manager. Worked in a matrixed PMO integrating Service Delivery offers into new service offers program. Phase 1 launch that I lead attained over $1B in service revenue in less than two years.

$330M Contract Renewal

Built a global service delivery team that helped the Sales team win a $330M 3-year hardware and services contract as a Global Service Delivery Manager on the Exxon account at Dell. This set a standard and was Dell’s first global account with a presence in over 100 countries

Dell ProSupport Flex

Co-Architected ProSupport Flex with Services Marketing. Project Managed two phased launches. Over 100 Fortune 500 companies purchased the services plan within one year of launch.

ASN Business Directory

Created a Business Directory that allows private businesses to set up their profiles. Also has a classifieds section similar to craigslist. Phase 1 is launched adoption rate is increasing. Phase 2 is still a work in progress. Created a User Guide to help users set up accounts and use the site.

Bank Branch Install Efficiency

Project Coordinator at IBM for a Bank Branch Automation project. Helped develop install team process that reduced install time, lowered cost and improved quality. Realized 50% more profit and hit onsite network install quality standard of less than 5% failure rate.

Enterprise IT Consolidation

Took over complex Dell IT site project and managed an IT infrastructure consolidation from five floors down to two floors in eight months, working with facilities teams, cablers, network engineers and 3rd party vendors, on time and under budget.

Website Template Design

Collaboratively built outreach website for The New Hampshire Assembly. The website was highly regarded by people in other states. Built a generic version of the website so other states could efficiently use the content if needed.

Chris showed an uncanny ability to foresee a potential problem and essentially nip it in the bud saving the company money and preventing unexpected hurdles from delaying the project’s ultimate implementation.
